FOXCONN'S 24MW POWER STATION LAUNCHED IN VIETNAM

The electronics giant has successfully deployed a 24MW power station, showcasing its commitment to sustainable operations and uninterrupted productivity.
To address Foxconn's substantial energy requirements, PLEADER has ingeniously designed a system comprising multiple 1200kw silent generators. This strategic implementation not only alleviates Foxconn's power challenges but also sets a new standard for industrial energy solutions in Vietnam.
Intelligent control continuous power supply
At the heart of this system lies the Yuchai diesel engine, complemented by a top-tier generator. With a rated voltage of 10500V and a current of 82.5A, it promises around-the-clock reliability. The intelligent control system ensures an effortless transition between the main and standby power sources, providing a seamless 24-hour energy solution.
The generator's double-door, soundproof design, complete with sound insulation, ensures minimal noise pollution. Conveniently placed maintenance ladders facilitate easy access for servicing, reflecting a harmonious blend of functionality and user-centric design.
Following extensive testing under the harshest conditions, the generator sets have met all export standards. The dedicated PLEADER service team, braving the intense heat, has expertly completed the assembly in Vietnam, ensuring the system's optimal performance.
With the capability to generate 24MW, equivalent to a small power station, Foxconn's power station stands as a testament to innovative energy solutions in the face of Southeast Asia's increasing electricity demands, particularly during the peak season from April each year.
